Can I set to moderate new reply and post only guest because I would like enable permission to post and reply for public?
It would be nice to have moderation for guests and public only. Could you share with others how it is done?

Hello Jordan,

I am really sorry but unfortunately this isn't possible right now and the hacks here are actually for a much older version.
