To the Greatest Support Team on The Globe,

I recently upgraded a clients website from Joomla 1.5 to 3.2. Although my clients are able to login and blog, they are not listed in the database. Obviously, I have missed something somehwere. Your help would be appreciated. The info has been attached.

Hello Stephen,

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, it seems like your provided that login credential is not working.
And could you can try go to your backend > User > User manager > Option > Re-save the setting and see how it goes ?
If this method still couldn't help much you here, could you can provide the username which user facing this login issues so we can try to investigate this issues? Please advise.

I tried option #1 and it didn't work. I've reset the password so you should be able to login now. Here's the info again: I'll be out for a couple of hours and will return to the project then. Thanks for your work.
