When I tried to access your site at http://mcffa.ug/de/ it's just a blank page and I don't seem to be able to login to the back end of your site with the provided login credentials so I am not really sure how to reproduce the errors that you are facing currently

Ok, everything worked fine again. I activated php error messages and got this:

mod_jgive_donations produces this strange error, so EasyDiscuss is still working fine. After deactivating the module (german and english version) my website is working fine again.

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend but i hitting this :
