Media manager freezes

I tried to insert a blog image and a post image, but the media manager just freezes on load. I made and waf exception but it made no difference on the problem.

I've tried to upload image from both Backend and Frontend and it seems to work just fine. However, your blog post doesn't display image correctly is because your site has Magic Quotes enabled: http://screencast.com/t/8HfP2GTd9Lb . You might want to consult your hosting provider to turn off the Magic quotes.

I also tried several browsers, loging in and out, deleting cache
