MAXCDN and ES icons issues

Hello,
i'd installed a cdn on my ES site, MaxCDN, i'd installed the nonumber cdn plugin, all seems working,
only one issue, icons not appear correctly on ES pages,
On ES pannel CDN is activated, the url is : http://xxxxxxxx.netdna-cdn.com

i'd missed some thing ?

Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can inspect this issue on your site.
