Manage/Edit Video in Group does not work

After uploading a video the following error is displayed when trying to edit the video.

v1.4.12

Replication

1. Upload a video in a Group
2. Click Manage
Hi there,

I noticed that you still using v1.4.11 as shown http://prntscr.com/c96izi. This is known issues on v1.4.11. Can you update/upgrade to v1.4.12? or did you need help on upgrade/update? If yes, please make sure you make backup on your files as all modifications will be lost when upgrade/update.

Updated as requested (I could have sworn I was current already) but this issue persists.

It seems that i can replicate this issues on my local. It seems that there a bug on our end regarding this issues . I have issued this at http://tracker.stackideas.com/. We will see if we can fix this issue in next release version. Thanks for understanding.
