We have already paid for our subscription but when going to check your responses under forms we have already submitted it says that we need to renew our subscription.
I have attached a screenshot of this, how can we resolve this issue?

Your license is actually valid up till 28th December 2016. What is the link to your thread? It's most likely that you posted this in a different category.
