Unfortunately it is not possible to set the redirection url with the actual url. It is only possible with the menu item itself. However if you want to manually set the url via hard coded, you can go to your /modules/mod_easysocial_dropdown_menu/helper.php file starting from line 51 until 115 where the redirection url is being processed.
