Hello
I have 2 websites using the same easysocial.

testing website : test.rasf.fr
main website : rasf.fr

If you go on both you will see that the rasf.fr website keep on showing your popup login box where as on the test.rasf.fr it doen't do it so often.

Can you help me out with that problem as my main website is also for non easysocial user and I do not want to bother them with a popup login box.

thanks
MArco
I tried accessing the page at http://rasf.fr/index.php/community but there isn't any login popup. Am I missing anything here?

By the way, it's most likely that the popup is generated from the login requester module. If you do not want this module, you can safely switch it off

Strange about the login and pwd (updated in first post)

What is the login requester module? because there is different module for login (1 for joomla and 2 for Easysocial)

Thanks for your help

Hello Marco,

It looks like the "Registration Requester" module is already disabled and it shouldn't popup anything on the page. I can't seem to replicate this on your site though. How were you able to get the popup?

By the way, the registration requester module is a module which pops up a dialog on the screen to prompt non logged in users to register on the site

Hello

Difficult to see but here is a screen after 15-30 sec on the page, I have the login box that pops up and very annoying. For exemple on the mobile it is difficult to close.

I understand for the registration requester module but where do I find it?
Thanks
Marco

Hi Marc Olivier,

Seems like you've enable the lockdown mode, where the login box will popup as user didn't yet login in your site. May I know, do you want to completely disable of this login popup? If yes, you can simply disable the setting:
1. Click EasySocial>Settings>General>General>Disable Lockdown mode

Hope this helps
