When posting a link as a Jomsocial status update, any comments/replies do not automatically become a EasyDiscuss topic. I have the same problem with Kommento comments made below Joomla or K2 comments using Kommento. I would have preferred a tighter integration. Before installing Kommento and EasyDiscuss, I was using Kunena. Any Joomla category could be linked to a forum category and any comment made underneath a Joomla article automatically created a forum thread in Kunena. All it would take is a scroll down list to choose an EasyDiscuss category to link the two components, or maybe some 'Discuss' button next to a Joomla or K2 article.
Hello Andrew,

It actually depends on you really, if you want to use Komento for your articles, you could publish them on your articles. There's no "right" or "wrong" on using different extensions for different purposes It depends on the functionality that you want.

Hello Andrew,

When you like or comment on a JomSocial stream, this does not link to EasyDiscuss or Komento. If you want to display EasyDiscuss at the bottom of your existing Joomla articles, K2 or EasyBlog you can download and install the plugin from http://stackideas.com/forums/content-plugin-v3-alpha-for-easyblog,-joomla-articles-and-k2

That's great. But what about Kommento? Do I disable it? Or is there a good way to integrate it with EasyDiscuss? Right now I have 3 commenting features underneath my articles. Facebook, EasyDiscuss and Kommento. That's a bit confusing for my readers, isn't it.
