Can new users have a "flood limit" on how many posts they can create in X amount of time?

I'm thinking, for example, if a spammer signed up, their spam would be limited to one post every 12 hours for a grace period of 48 hours. Then the limit is either decreased or lifted.

Currently we do not have such anti spam settings but it would be a pretty good idea. I would suggest that you post it in http://stackideas.com/voices/easyblog and I will try to see if we can add this in the next release
