Latest Blog Module to show only my own blogs Part2

hi Nik, i have found here http://stackideas.com/forums/latest-blog-module-to-show-only-my-own-blogs a very nice hack from you and it works perfect to show latest blog entrys from current logged in blogger. but there is one thing where i'm a bit confused:

Please replace the attached file in: ../modules/mod_latestblogs/helper.php. This is for Latest Post module type. As for the other module type, I believe you want to show post based on user who logged in, right? If so, you can't apply the hack for the Latest posts by blogger and Latest posts by current active blogger . Please give it a try.

what is the difference between Module Typ "Latest Posts" if your hack is added and "Latest posts by current active blogger"??

is it not the same at the end? What did Module Type "Latest posts by current active blogger" show?
