I added the Latest Posts module to my home page, but when I click on the blog title, the blog opens on the home page rather than redirecting to the blog page and displaying there. Please advise how I can resolve this. Thanks

You probably need to edit the module and change it's routing behavior. If you have already created a menu item that links to EasyBlog, what you could do is to edit the module and set the Routing behavior to "Use menu item" and select the menu item for your blog.
