HI,

I am having issues with the language download, I change (generate) several API’s from your site, and set them in my Easy-Social (http://www.otakuyume.com), but nothing, it said that is retrieving the list of languages, and even I let it for several hours but is the same.

I need the Spanish translation for the front-end only, preferable to be Spanish México. I like to work at the back-end in English,

I manage to found the en-GB_easysocial.ini (by the look of the script I think this is for the back-end), and the en-GB_easysocial.sys.ini, that I think is for the front-end. Can I translate this one, in order to see my front-end in Spanish…? (Well, this, in case that I still can’t download the Spanish translation.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you try download my attached file then put into this file location JoomlaFolder/language/es-ES/.. then extract it the file and see how it goes?

Regarding that language issue which unable to retrieve from the server, I have to troubleshoot this issue through your FTP server, but you provided that login credentials is not working, can you help?

Regarding with the Elegant template, can you try download it from our app store page and see how it goes?

I copy the zip files in both languages folders, and install the spanish module for joola, can you tell me what files are causing that not all of the screenshot I sent you is translated to spanish...

An by the way, I thought that the Elegant template was included in the pack that I pay, the link that you sent me show me no download link, only the buy button.

-> For some of languages was not fully translated yet . You can change the language in this folder:
JOOMLA_ROOT_FOLDER/administrator/language/es-ES/es-ES.com_easysocial.ini
