Language install error

When I try to install Japanese language package on ES, I get this error. Why?
I can install Spanish but not Japanese...

Hello Masanori,

Hm, there's something awkward with the ISO of the Japanese language file. What should be the correct ISO? ja-JP or jp-JP ?

Can you try download this attached file and put it in your site: \language\ja-JP\ja-JP.com_easysocial.ini . If this issue is still persist, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and ftp access so that we can help you fix this.

Hello,

The problem earlier is because our language server is treating "ja-JP" as "jp-JP" hence the installation is always failing but now that I have configured the language server so that it uses ja-JP, it should work fine now
