We currently do not have migrators for JComments or any other comment systems yet but we'll be adding them as we move along (We already have the migration algorithm from what we learnt from EasyBlog)

Unfortunately, the this BBS comment field does not show up in Internet Explorer 9 and the "Detect Location" does not work.
There's no problems with other tested browsers so far.

This is due to a minor spelling mistake in our scripts (encode misspelled as uncode). I've corrected the spelling mistake and can you please help verify if it is already working on your end?

I do have posted comments with my users in my existing myblog. If I will install the Komento, it is seamless migrated from Myblog comments to Komento. Thanks.

We are actually writing the custom addons as these are programatically added. In the next build, it will also support redSHOP and Flexi Content. If you need any integrations, do post them in the Komento section

It will be nice if comments will be displayed only on last page of multiple pages articles or there should be option if we want to have them on each page or only at the end. Right now comments are displayed on each sub-page of an article which is slightly annoying.

It's the weekend for you and also for me, but I wanted to remind myself to ask you some questions about Komento and the evolution factor beyond current commenting systems. I will be getting more into Komento and will contribute my feedback and suggestions to this thread starting Saturday, April 29th and will respond here soon. If it is what I think it is you are creating, then I am excited. Hope to see a natural evolution of the commenting UI and how it interacts with other components. Guess I will see starting Saturday.

Sure, Komento is just something that we have created to return to the community that supports us. Hence, it is more like giving and taking. Our main goals for Komento is to assist most Joomla site owners to easily build "communities" with their site and the development path will be of course based on user feedbacks. I tested Komento on my site and my users pointed me that comments on each page of multiple page article is not a good idea and they don't like it. That's why I'm asking for an option to choose if they are on each sub page or at the end.

You guys should also let it replace Jomsocial comments, photos, videos, wall etc. Datso Gallery comments and other photo or video extensions. And even more then that!
Anyway, you guys are the best.

We would want to integrate Komento within Jomsocial, unfortunately it doesn't provide API for 3rd party developers to manipulate to replace or add other comment system. At most what can we do is integrate with Jomsocial's avatar/profile link and add feeds into the activity stream, which we'll include this feature in our coming beta release.

Cool Mark, RS Comments is maybe not so fancy but they were very early to support Joomla +1.6, so maybe there are some users out there looking for this feature.
