Komento Read Others comments

I have it working so registered users can only read their comments.
But when I set it up like that, the register user can not read the replies to their comments either.

Is there a way to set it up so that users can only read their comments, but also be able to read the replies posted by the super admin in answer to their comments?

One more question:
I really like to get that module that you have on the right hand side that tells your time and stack idea's time.
Is that and extension you have for sale? If so where do I find it?
I looked for it on your site and couldn't find it.

- In my opinion, it is something that could be added. But I'm not sure about the complicated level of this.
