After increasing upload_max_filesize from 2M to 20 M and post_max_size from 8M to 30M I was able to get the "Komento installed successfully" message on my development localhost site.
However Komento is not listed in the components menu in Joomla 3.3
In Extension Manage these are all enabled:
Content -Komento
Komento
Komento Activities
Komento Comments
System -Komento
User - Komento Users
Can you suggest a solution?
