Komento free version cache issue

I was a little too eager to respond to Arlex previously that my post http://stackideas.com/forums/strange-directory-contents was solved

in fact it is (with cPanel help to purge the komento cache manually) but Arlex gave me a screen capture that is not the same I have:

no "purge cache" button on mine ? How can I get it on the configuration form ?
