I've got a question about date format in added comments by Komento.

I have disabled Lapsed time and trying to change date format to 24 hours.

I found in wireframe/comment/item/time.php line like this:

<time itemprop="dateCreated" datetime="<?php echo $this->formatDate( 'c' , $row->unformattedDate ); ?>">

but don't know how to change date format.


I'll be very grateful for your help!
