Hello,

I just noticed a few emails that never went out in Komento. Things were working OK until now. If I paste the cron into my browser it gives an Error 0 unlike ES, ED and EB whose crons give the Email batch successful message.

Not sure what could have happened, I haven't changed anything, and of the four SI products I have installed on the site, this is the only cron that is now having problems.

Would appreciate if you could take a look. Thanks!
Looks like one of the email recipient is invalid. I have removed the item and the cron works correctly now.

Hey Steven,

Can you please send it to mark AT stackideas.com please? By the way, it looks like your license for Komento Pro is actually associated with the domain name espacioparapensar.com.

If you are using a different domain and requesting for support, can I please request that you consider adding another Komento license or upgrade to the Developer plan? This is to ensure that we will be able to maintain the project.

OK, I added the new domain. That other one doesn't even exist anymore

Sent SSH key to the email as instructed.

Thanks!

Oh wow, you're right. I just looked through the subscribers and there were four that had incorrect formatting in their email. A couple of them even just had a phrase instead of an email. I would think Komento would do a rejex check on the email field? If there is a setting for that somewhere, I can't find it!

I will get my colleague to check on this and see if we need to apply a patch for the next release

Hello Steven,

We do have an email regex checking when user trying to subscribe through the comment form but we have missed to check if the user subscribing from the subscribe link here: http://screencast.com/t/VNGgtNDl8 . I've added a checking where if the email is invalid, it won't be added to the Mail Queue. I'll also add the checking when user trying to subscribe via the subscribe link.
