How to make so that only registered users can comment on a Joomla item .( Guest users can not comment if they are not logged )

Thank you very much!
Hey Albert,

To configure Komento's user groups permissions, head to your backend into Komento's ACL section. Then proceed to choose the Komento integrated site that you wish to configure eg. "Joomla Ariticle" or "EasyBlog". From there you can choose different user groups and setup their permissions.

Hello, thanks for answering this post . And I set the ACL as you indicated me but I can not stop to show the form that guest can comment without logging in , this is that they can comment only placing your e-mail. Thank you. You can view the attachment that illustrates the problem.

You can try going to the backend under "Integrations". Then choose the relevant site you wish to configure. Afterwards, go to Layout>Comment Form and select "No" for all fields in "Form Fields" and "Form Requirements". Let me know if this works for you thanks.

Hi. Thanks for your time. I've tried everything and nothing works. I think there is a flaw in design code as other commenting systems like K2 , if you can not guess the comment as a form appears try to log in . This does not happen in Komento guess where the post is allowed by default only using email , so that the logging form does not serve that purpose , because anyone can comment .... Thanks . Will have a solution?

Hey there

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?
