I have tried to replicate this issues on your end. It seem that the user profile you assigned to us also got deleted . Can you provide us again with your backend access and also FTP access for further look on this issues?

Also for consideration, this issues might be coming from "AlphaUserPoints - extensions/plugin/etc" because when i try to comment without integrating with AUP, it seem that komento works fine as it should. Can you consult with "AlphaUserPoints - extensions" service provider for this issues?

Maybe that caused the issues to happen. I have try to comment on the post and i am not deleted also no error message appears. Please give it a try and see how it goes .
