A few questions I have when I use Komento and EasySocial on the same page (for example article page with Komento and EasySocial modules enabled). I will be purchasing the pro version.

1) When both Komento and EasySocial are loading on the same page, would there be double the number of files (like foundry files, bootstraps, etc. for each component.) added? Or other than EasySocial files, only the Komento's 1 Css minified file and 1 Komento js file be loaded?

2) If we are replacing Komento's profile completely with EasySocial, is there a way to get a lite version of Komento? Since Komento will then not need css and js related to user profiles, etc.. which can cut down on the size. What is the solution for this?
Hello Neel,

If both extensions are on the same page, Foundry will only render once but Komento's and EasySocial's script will be loaded separately on the same page because they use a different script on the site. There is no lite version of Komento currently.

Thanks Mark. When I was analyzing the komento files, I see that the komento's js + css (1 min file each) comes to about 300kb. So I guess all easysocial files + only these 2 komento files will be loaded then. Meaning only about 300kb additional files are loading for komento when it's present on top of es. Does that sound about right?

Thanks Mark for clarifying. One last thing, had the price for Komento gone up in the last couple of months? I thought when I checked it 2 months ago, it was $25. Maybe I am wrong and for some reason I was thinking $25 if it has always been $35.

Oh no... I thought so since I was already stretching my limited budget for es + komento and today when I recalculated it, it was going over than what I had noted down last month.

Yes I did Mark. I will be purchasing the komento pro in the next couple of days and start integrating it with my k2. Excited to be on board with another stackideas product. Cheers!
