It seems like you are using EasyBlog 3.0 currently and Komento is not supported in EasyBlog 3.0. We will be releasing EasyBlog 3.5 really soon and EasyBlog 3.5 will support Komento.

Also, to test out the user issues that you've mention, I tried commenting in Joomla Article using both users that you've posted, and I was able to post comment (with moderation) with both users that you've provided.

The issue is with easy blog comments.If its not supported why can I comment as one user and not another and why is there an option to configure Easyblog in Komento setup?

Regarding your issue of EasyBlog's comment, this is because even though "sara" and "kicker" has the same Joomla User Group, but under EasyBlog's ACL, the user "sara" has its own assigned ACL rules (refer to attached image). While the user "kicker" doesn't have an assigned ACL rules, and hence it falls back to the Joomla User Group "Registered" ACL rules.

As for the option to configure EasyBlog in Komento, we didn't include a version check to check which version of EasyBlog is installed because EasyBlog 3.5 is going to be released real soon.
