I have uploaded the file to My Media, and then after I insert it into the blog, for MP4 files it gives me this error:
'the video could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported'

Please help.
Hey Alex,

Can you please upload the video file here so that I can try this locally?

By the way, please remember to assign your domain to your license to obtain for support in the future. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

I have attached the file, and will assign a domain name. By the way I have a question... If my subscription for ES has expired, do I get access to any support?

Thank you,
Alex

Hey Alex,

Hm, can't see any file on your post. Perhaps the file is too large?

Unfortunately support is only provided to users with an active subscription. You should renew your EasySocial subscription to get access to our support and the latest updates

Hey Alex,

I still don't see the file I believe the file is too huge and this is probably the same issue that you have with your composer. How large is the file?

If your EasySocial subscription is expired, you will not be able to obtain support from us unfortunately.

P/S: Your license is still not assigned to a domain yet

Hello, sorry for the delay in my response... I tried to attach my mp4 file to this reply, but also got a message: The file anim_2_b.mp4, which you are attempting to upload is in an unsupported format.
I have tried a few mp4 files which have previously worked...

Thank you,
Alex

Hey Alex,

It seems like you are using a much older version of EasyBlog. Is it possible that I update it to the latest version for you first?

As I do not have your file, I am not too sure what is the issue but I have uploaded my own file and it worked fine.

Please take a look at my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/n7IqmCURa3r

Was that an mp4 file? And did you upload it thru an Add Block option?
I am still unable to upload... Can we possibly schedule a quick screenshare session?

Mark, this mp4 file does not play by firefox for some reason... but if you look in safari both your file and ours plays without a problem in the root directory, but then when I upload it thru the blog, it doesn't accept it...
