Susan, thank you for your inquiry. I've checked our purchase record using your currently used email but I am unable to locate any purchases altogether. The only purchase that I can find is the ones dated back to 2013. Would you be kind enough to provide me with your latest purchase's reference number? I'll use that number to locate and fix it so that you're able to download it.
