JS Notifications for reply Comment not generated

if a Blogger reply a User Comment in his own Blog entry then it's no JS Notification showed for the respective User who added the first Comment!

JS Notification is generated for the Author of the Blog but not for reply on a EB comment! so the User does not know if there is a new reply for his Comment!
