to use the jomsocial profile system have a look at the settings at: settings -> layout -> avatar
then set "Modify author's name and avatar links" to YES and from the dropdown below this, at "Avatar Integration" choose Jomsocial.

da hast du natürlich vollkommen recht, hab nur mal die grundsätzliche antwort auf englisch gegeben damit die jungs vom support sich nicht mit google translate rumquälen müssen
der von dir beschriebene link regelt nur "ob" ein profil-link in der autorenübersicht angezeigt werden soll aber nicht die eigentliche profilintegration. kann bei so vielen unterschiedlichen stellen für einstellungen manchmal n bisschen verwirrend sein aber wenn's einmal läuft funktioniert's super

Jetzt muss ich mal total blöde fragen, weil ich bei EasyBlog absoluter Neueinsteiger bin. Was ist die Autorenansicht?

wenn du einen beitrag durchliest erscheint ganz unten auf der seite (sofern eingestellt) eine box mit informationen zum autor (profilbild, text, links zu profilen etc.) und wenn mich nicht alles täuscht war genau hierfür diese option mal vorgesehen. ich denke aber das diese mittlerweile obsolet ist weil über die layout einstellungen mittlerweile alle links global geregelt sind.

übrigens zu deinem seo problem (bevor ich da auch erst wieder auf englisch antworten muss^^): du kannst die seo einstellungen für jede gruppe einzeln vornehmen. vllt hast du da nur für die registrierten benutzer die seo einstellungen ausgeschaltet? und wenn du dann als admin eingeloggt bist und nen text schreibst erscheinen sie für dich dann natürlich wieder...

Ich habe einen Test-Account und noch so ein paar Schummel-Zugänge. ***unschuldigschau***. Auch da wird es angezeigt. Ich habe außer für den SuperUser für alle Gruppen alle Berechtigungen auf NEIN gesetzt. Ausnahme sind die registrierten Mitglieder. Die können Beiträge verfassen (aber nicht veröffentlichen) und Bilder hochladen. Dann gibt es noch eine Gruppe für Stamm-Blogger, die dann auch selber veröffentlichen können. Mehr soll im Moment gar nicht laufen. Dennoch: SEO wird angezeigt.

It is not really resolved, but I understand some things now. In my first post I explained: "I activated Integration => JomSocial => General => Link to JS-Profile (translated form german) and expected, the Easy-Blog-profile would get redirected to JS-Profile. But nothing happened. I already cleared chaches and tried many constellations: no oeffect. What does this setting? I am using latest Easy-Blog and JS versions on Joomla 3.2.1."

Now I now (tank you Alex) how to reach the redirection (by avatar-settings). But I still not understand, what the setting from above does. Further I think, it is not an optimal solution to link any avatar and username to JS-profile. In my opinion it would be a perfect solution to show a link "JS-Profile" in user-blog-profile and link this one to JS. The other ones should not be changed. This would make the usage of EasyBlog more intuitive with this redirections.

I hope you understand my explanations. My english gets worse and worse over the years.
