and see how it goes?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

before you provide the access can you make sure that you have set this option from your backend > Komento > configuration > Profile > Integration ?

Yes, that was the problem. I enabled it and it's working fine now.
