JChatSocial Professional is already integrated with EasySocial and offers a Skype bridge but the new Enterprise edition launched earlier today offers the latest technology with peer-to-peer HTML5 Video Chat and many other features including integrated ticketing system, private/public chat, multiple chatrooms, unlimited users and support for all mobile devices.

I tested the product in beta and it worked well, but you can see for yourself if it is suitable by using the demo or asking for a free trial.

The support is on a par with Stackideas and customer feedback is an important part of the pathway for future updates.

Note:

I am not associated in any way with the product, but am aware it is difficult to find the right integrated chat solution for EasySocial communities and their customer orientated approach to quality development could make JChatSocial a suitable option with this new version.
