Did you only recently enabled Cloudflare?Can you try turn off cloudflare temporarily or revert any changes that you have done lately?Maybe you can provide us with your Cloudflare login credential, so we can further check on this?
Apart from that, seems like the FTP you've given above I cannot see any folder administrator, components etc
