Issues with our phpBB forums

ResolvedWe sincerely apologize for all the sudden changes in the forum. We were experiencing heavy attacks through our PHPBB forum and we have decided to drop the support for it and utilize our own in house EasyDiscuss to facilitate the support requests instead.
Where have my posts gone?
We are currently in the midst of migrating the older posts into EasyDiscuss and you should see them coming back very shortly.
What difference are there in this new system?
There are not much of a difference actually in our new support system as the only difference is the way you interact and the look & feel of the whole support system.
How can I get immediate support?
You could either post your issues here or proceed to our helpdesk area at http://helpdesk.stackideas.com to log a issue in our system.
