Issues with mobile registration

Hi,

Users are not able to register properly using their mobiles. They are able to click on the first name field, but not the last name field. Some fields are clickable and some are not. However, registration works fine on a laptop. Any ideas how this could be fixed?

Sorry just to confirm - by "click", I mean tap (I.e on a touchscreen phone) ... So when you tap, it should bring up the keyboard and let you type into the box... But this is non-responsive on my site. Hope this makes more sense
