I tried searching our payment merchant with the e-mail you have provided in the "Optional Information" and it doesn't show any result for latest purchase, only the cancellation for Easysocial Advance on 10th Oct 2015

It could be that you are using a different e-mail to renew it. Could you kindly please provide us your transaction ID at the Site Details "Optional Information" ?
