Are you referring to EasyDiscuss? Unfortunately you can't exclude admin's from the leaderboard but you can exclude them from appearing in the user's listing of EasyDiscuss. Head on to http://site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easydiscuss&view=settings&layout=default_layout_members&child=layout and enter the user id's that you would like to exclude separated by a comma.

Ok, thanks. Please add this to the feature request for the leaderboard module :-). It would be great to have this as a module parameter: "Show/hide excluded members."
