Correct me if I'm wrong here, do you mean that both issue that you stated:
1. no editor shows in the invite friend page
2. the button below the editor (contact and menu) was show, where you don't want it to be show for normal/register user
is already fix in your site isn't it?
and here you concern that the issue is persist in our demo site?

Sorry for the confusion. The issue on my site was the editor buttons showing, which I've now fixed by turning those editor button plugins off...

It was a different issue on the Vanilla demo site (via the link I gave above) where for some reason the field doesn't even show up to be edited in any way at all.... so yes the issue on the demo site remains.

did you get this fixed? i have the latest easysocial und and vanilla running. but i hav the same issue, the messagefield is not showing at all.
