Hi there,

I have some problems with comments builded in Easyblog. I have 35 comments, but in frontend diplays information: 35 comments, but only 20 comments is visible. There is a newest version of EasyBlog. Example:
http://razempsycholog1.pl/blog/entry/blog/categories/psycholog-warszawa.html/zdrada-z-perspektywy-psychoterapeuty.html
Any ideas?
I gave access data to website in ticket:
http://stackideas.com/forums/easybog-upgrade-from-3-9-x-to-5-0-19-error-1064
Hello,

I'm sorry, please also replace this file in: ../components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/comments/default.php.

Thank you Nick,

I copied these both files in to relevant directories, I see changes, it means all comments.
But I see - some part of them (blogs) is in disordered sequence. How can I sort comments per date?

I have checked in your database regarding the comment, it seems like that was correct but I noticed the created date is different.

May i know how do you update your Easyblog 5 from Easyblog 3.9?

Hey Arlex,

I upgraded EasyBlog in Joomla 3.4.3 from ver.3.9.x to 5.0.19, I was using uograde guide:
http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/upgrades/upgrade-easyblog-3-9-to-easyblog-5 - upgrade was successfull. I set up EasyBlog in Main Menu, more in ticket:
http://stackideas.com/forums/easybog-upgrade-from-3-9-x-to-5-0-19-error-1064

Abve picture showed data of manual writing of these comments in EasyBlog 3.x.x., but the dates were accepted with old date.

Hi Arlex,

Access to phpmyadmin you will find, if you will use FTP - access data are in configuration.php.
I tried update EasyBlog to latest version in other domain: razempsychoolog1.pl, but I saw, that this version includes some bug:
there were no possibilty to comment posts. I'm afraid that, but you can update, before that please prepare backup with Akeeba.

Hi Arlex,

You can use FTP to access configuration.php file, where you can find:
public $host
public $user
public $password
public $db
All of these data you can use to log in to Pphpmyadmin: https://nowyirbis.ionic.pl/phpmyadmin/
I have backup for EasyBlog 3.9.x but for old version, there were several different changes on website :-(

Remember, I would like only have omments sorted per date...

Because I would like to check is it Easyblog 3.9 blog comment display correctly.

if yes, most likely need to revert back to your backup then re-upgrade again.

Hey there,

Do you mean you would like to allow guest user to comment right?

If yes, I already help you enable this `post_comment` option from backend > Easyblog > ACL > public/guest > comment tab > post comment - YES , it should appear the comment form for guest user now.

Regarding with your first issue, that was not possible to fix that unless we can try load back your Easyblog 3.9 backup on another site and check the existing comment is it everything show correctly, if yes, that might other issue causing this already.
