Hello Arlex

The server is protected and allows only access from designated computers with proper SSH key so SFTP wont be possible, but i will install extplorer for you so you can navigate site files through backend.
Backend access is provided in site details

Hi Darko,

It seems like memcached is conflicting with our debugging process. While trying to disable memcached settings through your site's backend and through extplorer to edit the configuration.php file, your site crashed and I no longer am able to access it.

I apologize for this. Because extplorer is access through backend, hence there is a limitation to what we can debug through extplorer's interface.

Please revert the file's permission of configuration.php to 444 and also temporarily disable memcached.

Anyway, our office address is 121.121.31.217, in case if you need to add this to temporarily allow us to access through SSH.

Hi,

Thank you so much for the access!

First thing first, I've identified the issue with the relationship field and patched it on your site.

On a side note, allow me to explain what happened to your site previously.

It seems like data are being escaped when they are posted to your server. When extplorer tries to save the file that I've edit, it posts the file content over to the server, and the server escapes the content before actually saving it to the file, causes the PHP codes to go haywire. This is usually tied with the fact that magic_quotes_gpc is On but I can't seem to find this parameter through your system information. For this you might want to consult your hosting provider. Do be careful if you are using extplorer to edit files as it will cause the file to corrupt.

Again, I apologize for temporarily messing up the site.

No worries

Thanks for letting me know what happened. I am my own hosting provider and im sure magic quotes are the first thing i disabled in the environment, as it's the Joomla 3.0 onwards requirement
To tell you the truth, i only installed exTplorer because you asked for files access, and i was too lazy to set the ssh access for you
Its already uninstalled

Thanks for looking into this and for sharing your findings.
