Hi, I keep getting this issue on my website
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

I check with my host and all the easy discuss requirements are met. I need help as soon as possible thank you.
I am using easy discuss 5.0.2
Hello,

Can you please edit your post to include the site and FTP access so that we can take a look at this issue?

Hey there,

I just checked on your site and I do not see the error that you mentioned.

May I know where is the error being shown and what is the steps to replicate it so that we can have a better check of it?

Hey there,

Thanks for the error log.

Can you please let us know where is the error being shown and what is the steps to replicate it so that we can have a test and better check of it on your site?

Because with error log only, it is very difficult for us to find out what is the cause of the issue and I still don't encounter any error on both backend and frontend.

You have to keep reloading the page constantly and the error will come up.. I think the error comes up after multiple clicks. Its not all the time and trust me this error is frustrating

Hey there,

Can you please tell us which page are you referring to and what is the thing that needs to be clicked multiple times?

Or can you provide us with a recorded video on how to replicate it so that we can have a better understanding of it?

If not, we have no idea where are you referring to and don't know how to replicate & check it.

Thanks for your understanding.

This is the video you asked for.. This is the behavior when we try to access the categories sometimes.
Thank you.

Hello Adeola,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to access the site with my mobile device and was never able to replicate this error message.

It is very difficult for us to know what is the true error message behind "Internal Server Error" as these errors are masked by the web server. Perhaps if you could contact your web host to provide you with the error messages that the server encountered during that specific time?

My host also said this.

I reset the Query limit, this issue could be that your Query limit is getting exhausted.
Queries are used by your plugins to access your database
You have a limit of 75,000 queries per hour, this resets every hour automatically.

I guess Easy discuss don't access up to these queries per hour, or does it?

Hey there,

May I know is it possible to know which queries execute the most on the server so we can investigate this further?
