Hi,

We are currently on the process to develop a full integration between EasySocial and FlexiContent. For those who might not know, FlexiContent is a very powerful CCK, so far, based on our own experience and trials, FlexiContent is the most powerful and flexible CCK for Joomla.

So, for our own website, we have hired the service of a developer company who will create a full integration between these two splendid components, the integration will comprise of the following features:

- Create a field in FlexiContent that shows the article author avatar + number of followers and badge, the avatar must be linked to the author profile in EasySocial. Therefore, we can place this field in a template position in the FlexiContent detailed article page.
- Create a plugin that will submit activity stream from FlexiContent to EasySocial, that is, each time an author adds a new item in FlexiContent, vote for an item in FlexiContent etc.
- Create an app for EasySocial that shows item that have been published by the author in FlexiContent.

This integration will be definitely a plus for EasySocial as it will offer much more usability for developers willing to use these two components together, it will cost us around $200 to develop this full integration and about a week to complete it.

Since we need this integration, we'll develop it on our own cost, however, in exchange of a subscription to EasySocial, we are ready to provide all installation files of this integration when it is completed, of course, our subscription to EasySocial will be applicable only once we have provided all files for this integration.

If EasySocial development team is agreeable to our offer, please let us know so that we can send you the installation files for testing once it is ready and also a confirmation of our membership subscription to EasySocial once we have provided the installation files.
Subscribed. I've kept an eye on FlexiContent which makes this subject very interesting to me.

Did this integration ever occur? I know I for one would pay for an integrated product between the two.

Hi Biju,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. We do not hear any news regarding on this integration from Tomy recently. Perhaps you can try to contact developers from FlexiContent if they have some news regarding on this integration.
