Integration with EasyAll

Hey All,

I am looking for the best way to fully integrate EasySocial with Easy Discuss (possibly with Komento and EasyBlog if the others go well).

EasySocial features points, badges, profile pages and so on.
EasyDiscuss features points, badges, profile pages and so on.

However the two don't appear to be the same thing at all, so what I have is a very disconnected feeling setup... although I have found the setting for integration in EasyDiscuss and have set this to 'yes' - Link EasyDiscuss Profile To EasySocial

Is there some way I can make sure that EasyDiscuss is a slave system to EasySocial? All profile features (avatar and info) should all come from EasySocial, and be fed into the other systems.

I installed EasySocial first, then EasyDiscuss - was that the wrong way round?

If I'm not getting wrong your meaning, do you mean that you would like your Easydiscuss avatar integarate with Easysocial right?

If yes, you can do it from your backend > Easydiscuss > Setting > layout > avatars > Profile Picture integration > Easysocial

Seems to have sorted it, thanks - what I am seeing now is that when I assign an avatar in EasySocial it seems to be working, but then it doesn't actually apply to the profile.

Here is a pic example

If you note the news feed says it is there, and you can see the cropped pic, but it doesn't apply in either ES or ED.

Sorry for late reply to this,

It seems like that was file permission issues when you trying to upload the avatar image from your Easysocial profile.

May i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Sorted, I had moved it from one server to another and the tmp folder changed. Thanks
