Integrate Komento into RSFeedback - Tutorial

Hi,

I have gone through the process of adding Komento to RSFeedback and along the way I wrote a tutorial and improved the Stackideas Sample code so it made more sense.

I will be improving it as I go but I need my next project for that. Tthis should be more than enough for anyone to now add Komento support to their component. This took me a week from getting stuff to work to writing up the notes.
