Hello,

If you take a look to http://www.yannanderson.com/fail.jpg you can see the installation-countdown stay at 45 %

Do you know why I can't update EasyBlog to 5.0.28 ?

Best Regards
Hey yann,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here today.

It seems like this table `#__easyblog_acl_group` having the huge record so causing the installation script time up issue. After I truncate that table data and resave again with your Easyblog all the ACL user group, it work fine now,

Hi Yann,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we are very busy with the meetings just now.

It seems like the error is coming from your max_allowed_packet value is low in your mysql server that are preventing some database ACL query for easyblog not able to be executed. Can you consult with your webhosting service provider and ask them to increase the max_allowed_packet value for your SQL and refer them to the following error message below.
500 Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes SQL

Looking forward to your response.
