Ne pas acheter ce composant où vous ne pouvez pas installer une ancienne version dont vous n'avez plus de licence active, car impossible de l'utiliser après....

Bonjour, j'ai acheté EASYSOCIAL et maintenant il m'est impossible d'installer la version que j'ai payé car je ne suis plus abonné alors que je suis toujours abonné à Easyblog et easydiscuss, c'est donc une bien belle arnaque de ne pas pouvoir installer a nouveau lorsque l'on rencontre un problème , le composant de la version de que nous avons payé, je ne parle pas d'installer une version à jour, mais une version antérieure a la licence...
Ma licence est easysocial est périmée depuis juillet et je ne peux pas installer une version d'avant juillet car ma licence est périmée... c'est une honte...
Vous êtes certains que je ne vais pas renouveler easyblog et easydiscuss..
je vais retourner chez jomsocial...... au moins même si nous n'avons plus de licence à jour, il est possible d'installer une version que nous avons payer, c'est du vol et de l'arnaque.
Je suis vraiment insatisfait et énervé de voir cela.

I am sorry for the inconveniences caused but please do take note that we do not impose any restrictions on the installers. We have never imposed any time locking on the installers itself. If have already downloaded the full version on your computer for whichever version you downloaded previously, it will still install just fine. We do not perform any license checks if you do not install via the network.

I guess your problem is probably because you are trying to update to the latest version based on your other post earlier and since you do not have an active license, you can't and this is the same for most software providers regardless if it is a Joomla extension, Kayako, vBulletin or any other places.

If you did not download the "full package" earlier, we can't be keeping the files since July because our servers would be filled up with all of these releases. You can contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com to download an earlier version if you want

P/S: I think your message is a little misleading because you did not download the "full package" and only downloaded the "launcher" earlier. Hence, when you install the package that you downloaded, it requires the network installation. Like I have said above, write to us and we'll send you an earlier version of the "full installer".

I tried with com_easysocial_full_pro_1.2.18_joomla3.0
or with com_easysocial_component_pro_1.2.18_joomla3.0
or with the launcher and it's the same, both the joomla installer directly or vi ftp where you put the install and nothing works.......

Hello Derache,

The reason why we changed your title is because you are accusing us for cheating your money which is not the truth You probably have some issues installing with the full package which you downloaded last July and since your subscription expired, you are now blaming us that we cheated your money because we are not providing you with a support when your subscription has already expired. Don't you think this is really unfair for us?

You can't be buying a canned food and leave it there for 2 years and then claim that the company that sold you the canned food cheated your money? That's really unfair for us.

Now, based on your last message here, I strongly believe that your upload_max_limit is preventing the full installer package to be uploaded via Joomla's Installer. You can quickly fix this by increasing the upload_max_filesize to 15mb .

Anyway, if you can provide us with the back end and FTP access, I would be glad to help you install the version that you have downloaded even though your subscription has already expired
