We are experiencing a number of strange issues which started during the past 3 hours... We are unable to upload images, photos, attachments, etc. in EasySocial. And the site has also gone extremely slow.

'HTML error'
'Unable to parse server response'

are just some of the errors we are getting.

please help... ;-(
Hi Andrew,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've tested in your mention group and posted a photo updates in the group page without any issues. Please see http://screencast.com/t/JHntDMT5rp

Is your issue now resolved? If yes then i will mark this thread as resolve.

Thanks.

We seem to also have massive server CPU usage issues which seems to have started at the same time we started to experience issues with image uploads. One of our clients notified us that the were having issues uploading photos to their Group page.

I think that it is related, maybe there is a script stuck or something due to a broken down connection or it went corrupt.

Really need to get this resolved urgently.

Hi Andrew,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. It seems like you have configured WAF exception in your admin tools incorrectly hence admin tools will always try to block any request made from easysocial. I've reconfigured the settings for you and the upload is working correctly now.

mmm, I only tried the WAF settings a few hours ago... our issues already started yesterday, before we had anything in the WAF settings. ???

but there is still something strange from ES keeping our server CPU extremely busy...
