I was supposed to get the XMAS2015 discount. My guess is now you don't want to issue a partial refund. Can you add three months to my subscription time?

I put in the discount and then had put in a wrong digit in my credit card number. Then I guess the system recalculated and removed the discount so when I paid I ended up paying the full price.

    OK. It looks like you charged me the discounted rate. However, when I went to look at the receipt in my dashboard is noted the full amount. That is what caused my confusion.

    Thanks for providing that. It is what I needed. :-)

    BTW, I also need a receipt for EasyDiscuss which I also renewed on the same day. When I go to the dashboard to download the receipt it shows me a receipt from 2013 with a different charged amount than what is charged currently on the card. So, I need the accurate one for bookkeeping. The amount charged was $59.25.
