I just renewed Komento professional and the XMAS2015 discount did not apply

Here is my order number: SI150330-9242-93237

I was supposed to get the XMAS2015 discount. My guess is now you don't want to issue a partial refund. Can you add three months to my subscription time?

I put in the discount and then had put in a wrong digit in my credit card number. Then I guess the system recalculated and removed the discount so when I paid I ended up paying the full price.
