I have problems with the pictures, if a user uploads an image or share the page of the community is not seen. I see the share but white, but if you click on the picture opens
Hello Marco,

It's most likely that there are some js errors on the page. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Marco,

It looks like the issue is related to the custom template from Optimum . I am not really sure why but can you try contacting them? It does seem like some styling is missing from their template. Are you on their latest version of the template?

Yes as I said before the problem is not related to our template, you can check it yourself, please change your default template from Sosyal to Joomla's default Beez3 template. Then check your EasySocial component, if the problem still persists then it's not about Sosyal Theme. I did check it and confirm that it's not about our template.

For continuous scrolling, it works without problem on your site but you need login. Because it is disabled for guests.

Hello Marco,

I am referring to the "Optimum" theme in EasySocial and not your Joomla template Try changing the theme from Optimum to Frosty in EasySocial and the picture loads up fine

Hello marco,

Hm, sorry but not really sure if I understand you here but did you forwarded this to the template developer? We can't be supporting templates that are not created by us because then what's the point of you paying them money

I have posted here what the developer said, to see the answer. I did not understand, he says it is not his problem, although I did see that with the default template of easysocial everything works. But he told me that the problem is not his but your ..... well I do not know why I paid for something that does not work and the more I was told that it is not their problem. I threw away the money. I bought the template for their easysocial, but the service is not able to fix what they have created.

Hello Marco,

I think you should explain to him that this works with the themes that comes with EasySocial and not the "sosyal" theme that he provides for EasySocial. I am not really sure how else to help you here because the theme was not created by us and we can't be updating their themes for them.

You should give him some examples of the theme in EasySocial which works, and show him that it doesn't work with the Sosyal template. Did you post it in their forums? I can try to register an account on their site to view your discussion.

Ah, looks like I cannot sign up on their site as they need me to pay Can you instead request the developer to come to this forum?

No I have not registered, I refuse to have to pay more money to access the documentation of a template that I purchased. If it was clear it before, maybe I would have bought the pack, but I sell the template and later to have access to the documentation I have to pay more money? It is not correct, it's okay I use the default template of easysocial only wish I could fix the images on your smartphone, if possible

Hello Marco,

I am really sorry to hear this but do you mean that you need to pay additional money to view the documentation of the template? That's plain silly if you ask me. If you have already paid for the template, you should be able to access the documentation. I will check this with Enes

As for the mobile image, I don't quite get your issues here. Can you please elaborate more on this please?

He was told that if I wanted access to all the documentation I had to pay 14 euro more or less still to join the club. I also have a form that does not work and I have not received an answer to fix. No matter, with regard to the pictures I have contacted jreview and they told me that I have to enter a code into the css, now I see if I can fix that with their assistance

Hello Marco,

Hm, thanks for the heads up on this. Let me know how this goes. I will most certainly get in touch with Enes. Did you already paid for their template?

Of course, the template I like and would recommend it only for the support and the documentation is not the best, I've changed now use the default template easysocial and EasyBlog because I have problems I can not solve, the module for the slide I can not use it because I have no documentation and I have not received an answer to fix. If I may ask, where do I post a code to solve the problem of the images of the plugin jreviews? The support of jreviews he answered and said to me:
You can either add the css on your template, the css file EasySocial
I wanted to add it in the template

EasySocial uses the large photo and resizes it with CSS. You can use this css to force a width:

.jrActivity img {
width: 200px;
}

When there are many photos in a single activity then it will be more complicated so if you want to limit the css only for activities with one photo use this:

.jrActivity.photos-1 img {
width: 200px;
}

Hello Marco,

You could try adding them in the file /templates/ot_sosyal/css/custom.css
