I can't download easy discuss from your website or update from backend

Hi

I can't download easy discuss from your website, nor can I update from Joomla backend.
On your website I get a "Invalid contract provided." even though I have an active subscription.

On my Joomla website I get a "The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this."

I can't access easy discuss backend as it want's to update, so I need to get this solved ASAP.

Regarding this error, may I know how you triggered this error? It's best if you can provide us the steps you did to encounter this error so we can try to replicate this ourselves.

On my Joomla website I get a "The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match.
In order to investigate this, can you provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site ? This gives us the opportunity to directly troubleshoot the issue on your site.

What about the error when I try to download from your website? I just need the files for now.

You can see I have a valid subscription. Could you perhaps mail me the package, so I can get the backend up and running again with a manual installation?
