I'm attempting to add multiple single line textbox's to page for a registered users profile. As well as the registration processes. However it will only allow me to add one.

Any ideas?

I drag and drop the first text box I want in no worries.... but then the text box option is no longer in the "Custom Fields" for selection display.
Hello James,

I am very sorry about this, since this is a known issue with the latest EasySocial. Here I have attached to you a patch file: 1.2.20.zip and you need to follow these steps to fix this issue:
1. Download the patch 1.2.20.zip
2. Extract the file and put it at /administrator/components/com_easysocial/updates/1.2.20/.
3. Open settings at Joomla > Components > EasySocial > Maintainance > Select (/administrator/components/com_easysocial/updates/1.2.20/FixFieldUniqueValue.php) > Execute.

If you encounter issue or you need our helps, can you provide us with backend access and ftp access so that we can assist you on this issue. If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hi,
FYI: I followed the same instructions, but I can execute "FixFieldUniqueValue.php" only if it is outside the "1.2.20" folder.
It is selected only if it is in /administrator/components/com_easysocial/updates/
I run my site locally.
It didn't worked!

Hello George,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Do you encounter the same issue "only can add a single "textbox" field on profiles"? May I know which EasySocial version are you using and by the way, have you turn on your site error reporting? If no can you please turn it on and see if there is any error reported. To turn it on, please go to: Joomla > Site > Global Configuration > Server > Error reporting = Maximum.
Since your site is hosted locally, could you please upload it to a temporary location for us to access?. So that we can able to assist you on this issue much quicker?

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, exactly the same issue, that's why I posted it in this thread.
The latest EasySocial version. Error reporting is on. No error. It's a fresh install in a fresh local server with the latest xampp.
EasySocial was the first Component that I installed in my fresh Joomla 3.3 site.
No, I'm sorry but the site cannot be uploaded for the time being.

Hello George Krogias,

It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?
